Kenny’s Cajun & Creole was founded in 2013 by Eugene K. Lewis, Jr. Mr. Lewis comes from a family with rich traditional roots in Cajun and Creole cooking. These roots span from Vacherie, La. to Plaquemines Parish, which is just north of the Gulf of Mexico.
