ABOUT THE NOFTC
The New Orleans Food Truck Coalition (NOFTC) supports the growth and success of food trucks and other mobile vendors in New Orleans. Founded by food truck owners, the group is a diverse collection of vendors, consumers, restauranteurs, community activists, neighborhood organizations, and more. We aim to provide resources to current and aspiring mobile food vendors, and to help grow the food truck culture and economy in New Orleans. Currently, we’re working with city government to change the laws governing mobile food vendors so you’ll see more food trucks on teh streets.
