Streats McGee describes itself as a rogue street eatery specializing in global deli items. And we agree! Popping up in bars, such as the R Bar, or Cafe Rani for the first time this past weekend, Streats is on the move and doing so in a vintage Mercedes station wagon. Hats off to you; we love what you’re doing!
Sample menu items include:
The Jacob
Andouille Sausage and Smoked Chicken from Jacob’s Smokehouse in LaPlace, Grilled Pineapple, Roasted Chili Aioli and Cilantro on pressed Vietnamese Po-boy Bread
Shroomwich
A medley of Sauteed Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, Smoked Gouda and Gruyere Cheeses and Honey-Dijon Spread on pressed Vietnamese Po-boy Bread
Pierogi
Traditional Potato and Cheese Filled Dumplings Served with Fried Onions an Sour Cream
Cucumber Feta Salad
Cucumber Slices Dressed with a Honey Mint Vinaigrette, Spicy Pickled Onions and Crumbled Feta
