Street Fare Derby Spotlight: Geaux Plates

Geaux Plates prides itself on their Bayou Banh Mi. And rightly so! This hybrid Po Boy-Sandwich-Vietnamese Banh Mi, or whatever you want to call it is downright addictive:

Lemongrass grilled chicken and boudin dressed with cucumbers, pickled carrots, garlic chili aioli, pickled chilis, and cilantro. Served on a grilled Vietnamese baguette
